How The Calm Dentist creates content

Articles are written for patients who want clear explanations without unnecessary alarm. Medical and dental claims are checked against established clinical guidance and relevant research. Content is reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and patient safety before publication, and important articles are updated when evidence or recommendations change.

The website does not replace an examination, diagnosis, or individual treatment plan. Urgent symptoms such as severe pain, spreading swelling, fever, heavy bleeding, trauma, or difficulty breathing or swallowing require prompt professional care.
